You may have a clear goal and still struggle to move it forward. Competing responsibilities, too many options, or a plan larger than your available time can leave important work waiting.
Who this is for
Purposeful Action coaching helps you connect priorities with practical decisions and manageable commitments. It may help when a goal keeps being postponed, a decision is holding up progress, or a plan has become difficult to maintain alongside everyday responsibilities.
What we can work on
- A meaningful priority. Separate what matters now from what can wait. Identify a goal that reflects your values, responsibilities, and circumstances.
- A realistic next step. Break an ambition into a specific action, decision, or experiment. Consider the time, resources, dependencies, and obstacles that could affect follow-through.
- Progress and adjustment. Develop a useful check-in rhythm. Notice what helped, what stalled, and what needs to change so that accountability supports learning.
What coaching looks like
We work through a real situation, question assumptions, and define a commitment that fits your circumstances. Dr. Kimble draws on 25 years of leadership experience in military service and corporate executive roles, complemented by Coach Training Alliance training.
Between sessions, you try the step you selected. That might mean preparing a proposal, protecting time for a priority, or having a necessary conversation. At the next session, we examine the experience and decide whether to continue, simplify, or change direction.
