A career change, a new leadership role, or a period of professional uncertainty can reveal gaps in your network. You may know many people yet feel unsure whom to approach, what to ask, or how to reconnect without making the conversation feel transactional.
Who this is for
Meaningful Connections coaching helps you become more intentional about the professional relationships you build and maintain. It may suit you if you are entering a new environment, seeking different perspectives, or wanting to reconnect with people you value.
What we can work on
- Your relationship landscape. Identify colleagues, peers, mentors, and communities already in your life. Consider where you have support, where perspectives are missing, and which relationships deserve attention.
- Useful conversations. Clarify why you want to connect, what you hope to learn, and what you can contribute. Prepare introductions, thoughtful questions, or an approach to reconnecting after a long silence.
- Sustainable follow-up. Choose manageable ways to stay in touch, offer help, and continue conversations. Build an approach that fits your schedule and feels natural.
What coaching looks like
Bring an upcoming event, a conversation you have postponed, or a transition that calls for new perspectives. Together, we examine your goals, discuss possible approaches, and choose a small step to try between sessions.
Dr. Kimble brings 25 years of leadership experience spanning military service and corporate executive roles, complemented by Coach Training Alliance training. You might leave with a relationship map, questions for an informational conversation, or a plan to reconnect with one person.
