Leadership asks you to make decisions while other people are looking to you for direction. Leadership & Growth coaching gives you a place to examine how you lead, prepare for difficult moments, and develop an approach you can put into practice.

Who this is for

This work may be useful if you are taking on a first leadership role, managing a broader responsibility, changing professional environments, or revisiting habits that no longer serve you. It also supports people who lead projects or influence decisions without a formal management title.

What we can work on

  • Communication and expectations. Prepare for conversations where goals, boundaries, or responsibilities need to be clearer. Consider what to say, what to ask, and how to listen.
  • Judgment and priorities. Weigh competing needs and identify where your attention will be most useful. Distinguish your responsibility from work others can own.
  • Feedback and everyday habits. Notice repeated patterns and choose a behavior to practice. Connect a broad development goal to a specific situation you encounter regularly.

What coaching looks like

We begin with a situation from your work. Dr. Kimble brings Coach Training Alliance training and 25 years of leadership experience spanning military service and corporate executive roles. That background informs his questions while leaving space for your circumstances.

We might examine a recent interaction, prepare language for an upcoming conversation, or identify a small change in how you delegate, listen, or make decisions. Between sessions, you can try the approach and bring back what happened for reflection.
