When several paths seem possible, deciding what comes next can feel harder than taking action. Clarity & Direction coaching offers space to slow down, examine your options, and make a decision that reflects what matters to you.
Who this is for
This work may suit you if you are considering a career change, moving into a new responsibility, returning to a goal you set aside, or feeling pulled between competing priorities. You do not need a finished plan to begin; a question you want to explore is enough.
What we can work on
- Priorities and trade-offs. Identify what matters now, what can wait, and which commitments compete for your time.
- Options and decision criteria. Compare possible paths against your values, responsibilities, available resources, and questions that still need answers. Separate facts from assumptions.
- A practical first step. Choose a manageable way to learn more before making a larger commitment, such as a conversation, a short project, or a specific piece of research.
What coaching looks like
You bring a real decision or situation. Dr. Kimble asks questions, reflects back what he hears, and helps you look at your choices from different angles. His Coach Training Alliance training and 25 years of leadership experience spanning military service and corporate executive roles inform the conversation.
A session can end with clearer priorities, useful decision criteria, or a next step that fits your situation. If we continue, we review what you learned and adjust the direction as circumstances change.
